President Donald Trump expressed his gratitude to King Charles and the Royal Family for the state banquet.
After King Charles spoke a speech before the diplomatic dinner in Windsor Castle on September 17, where Donald and his wife Melania Trump also stay during his state visit to the United Kingdom, Donald took a moment to praise the monarch, his son Prince William and the daughter -in -law Princess Kate, through People.
“This is really one of the highest honors of my life,” Donald said.
The president of the United States praised King Charles for how he remembered every guest name while both greeted together before the state banquet.
Grouping on the philanthropic work of Charles and acute memory, he said: “I simply put on the tail and shook about 150 hands, and the king knew each person … or at least I think he did it because nobody complained.”
