“NFL Redzone” is filmed by Studios in Los Angeles, so the beginning for him is at 10:00 am PT. But his days begin hours before.

“My Sunday begins at 4 am, at 4:30 am, it is when the alarm sounds. You believe it or not, I don’t even need the alarm.” I take a shower. I don’t drink coffee. People are extremely surprised by that, due to all the energy I suppose I exhibit. It is not a coffee drinker. I go to the studio, and then I am in the study about five hours before the Showtime. “

Hanson’s breakfast is the same every week, made to help him retain the water throughout the show.

“The chefs on the network make me the same dense protein, the salty breakfast, so that I can retain the water so that it does not have to use the facilities.”

Hanson cuts all foods and liquids about three and a half hours before the show.

Approximately two hours before the start of the inauguration, Hanson goes to a production meeting to make the final preparations.

“We have a production meeting about two hours before the exhibition time. I reproduce all the notes I have with all the crew. So we are all on the same page with stories, facts, figures, milestones to search, so that we know, hey, we hope this happens in this game or this could happen in this game. Be sure to cover it.

With an hour before the show begins, it will be put in your suit and prepare and then rehearse the initial part of the show.

“We make a small trial, we believe it or not. It is a food show, of course,” said Hanson. “But we make an essay. The first two minutes of the program are the only part that is written. I usually write.”

“What I would like to say to bring to the audience, increase energy and passion, and welcome the whole world of football in a new episode of ‘NFL Redzone’. We will rehearse around 9:30 am”

Hanson’s last break is produced while the clock is counted to Showtime.

“Five minutes before showtime, when most of you are watching the countdown in ‘NFL Redzone’, I am in the men’s room using the facilities for the last time, because we do not stop, and I have not taken a break in more than a decade, and I have no intention of doing so,” said Hanson.

“So you are watching the watch that work. I am finishing. I return in the studio at 10 in the Pacific morning, 1 PM Eastern. We start the laser show, and then it is rock and roll for 40, 50, 60 TouchDowns in one afternoon.”

Hanson was recently associated with Lowe’s for his “win your Sunday” campaign.

For millions of NFL fans, Sundays are about football, family and tradition. With “Gann Your Sunday”, Lowe’s is encouraging fans to bring the same dedication and preparation they have for their teams to their homes. Hanson said Lowe’s has everything he needs to do his project at home during the week so that fans can enjoy their football Sundays.

“Lowe’s has presented a great campaign this year, called ‘Gane his Sunday’. And the concept is this, we all have projects that we need to do at home, around the house, in the patio.

“I think this campaign this year will really resonate with fans because none of us wants to sit on the couch all day on Sunday and feel guilty. We want to know: ‘Ah, I did the projects.’ You go to Lowe’s, you get the things you need to do the projects at home.

The Philadelphia Eagles corridor, Saquon Barkley, the open receiver of the Minnesota Vikings, Justin Jefferson, the 49ers corridor of San Francisco, Christian McCaffrey and the field marshal of the Dallas Cowboys, Dak Prescott, are among the NFL stars that support the Lowe campaign.

“It will be very fun this season,” said Hanson.
