LSU’s tigers aim to return to the mountain, and their beginning could not have improved much.

At its season opening, they demolished then. 4 Clemson on the road, 17-10. With two more victories since then, LSU has passed from number 9 to the beginning of the season to the third -ranking team in the country.

“You can’t complain from 3-0,” said LSU open receiver Chris Hilton Jr. in a recent interview with Pak Gazette Digital.

Hilton said that the Tigers have a “go 1-0 every week”, but six years had passed since LSU began their season with a victory, which said it was a “good feeling.”

However, expectations were automatically higher. Garrett Nussmeier is in its second full season as a starter after replacing Jayden Daniels. Nussmeier had to wait for his turn, and Hilton himself, in his fifth season with LSU, has 22 career receptions, although with crazy skill of great game.

“I am quite sure that it was understood a little, when you come to a place like this, you expect competition in those rooms. For that you come to LSU,” Hilton admitted.

But Hilton’s new agreement with Popeyes reflects patience and hard work. The new restaurant campaign, loading a list with 10 university athletes, is intended to celebrate university football athletes who embody the search for “better” this football season.

“I really associated with Popeyes in search of being better in and off the country.

However, that same characteristic can be said of Nussmeier, Hilton said.

“Nuss and I have been together since our first year, so we have that chemistry. It is really good. The most important thing for him is the role he has taken as a leader. Just seeing him to take that step as an aspect of leader, it has been nice to see,” he said.

A quarter of the regular season is already complete, and except unforeseen circumstances, the Tigers will compete for a national championship in the 12 -team playoff this year.

But Hilton doesn’t want to look forward yet.

“I say the most important thing for us at this time, obviously, the morale of the team is high being 3-0 at this time. I would say that you cannot look too far in the future,” he said. “You have to block all outdoor noise. There will be people who say good things and bad things about teams. That comes with sport. But we have to focus on the task in question, which is a game every week.”
