Patrick Beverley never received honors from the NBA All-Star and has not played in the league in more than a calendar year. But the former Milwaukee Bucks player is still one of the most open voices of basketball.

The Atlanta Hawks Guard and the four-time All-Star bring Young became the last goal of Beverley’s criticism. Beverley initially questioned the level of intensity that some NBA players apparently have during the annual star game of the league. Beverley juxtaposed his theory with the perceived effort that many of those same players exhibited during the open races in the gyms throughout the country during the low season.

“Because All-Stars assume the game. No 1 All-Star on the court. Good blow,” X wrote last week.

The message caused a strong response from Young, who instructed Beverley to “relax” and let the players speak for themselves. A few days later, Beverley mentioned Young in an episode of “The Pat Bev Podcast with Rone.”

“I don’t think I won enough to talk to me like this or tweet like this,” said Beverley.

“He has been in the playoffs three times. I’ve been in the playoffs nine [times]. He has been in the seven years of the NBA. My first seven years I did not miss the playoffs at the West Conference, “he said.” His refutation will probably be: “Yes, you weren’t the team’s main player.” Absolutely correct. But that’s why it’s a team. “

Beverley also pointed out that he had conversations with former Hawks players who competed with Young. Beverley cited Young’s supposed leadership problems when he mentioned that several of those athletes did not like to play in Atlanta.

Bucks Patrick Beverley analyzes his violent pass to the positions: “It should never have happened”

“They don’t think it’s a good leader. They don’t think it’s a good teammate … Bring, you could write down all the points you want,” he said. “You could earn all the money you want. You could have all the main assists you want. You could do all that. If you don’t earn, that ST will not matter. If you don’t win, when you retire, you will forget your name. Also fast.”

On Wednesday, Young went to its social media platform to address Beverley’s comments. During the video of almost 12 minutes, Young suggested that Beverley “does not know what it is like” to be in position.

Young also demanded that Beverley appointed former teammates who said they had problems during their time with the Hawks.

“Indicate your source. What teammate of mine told you [you] What are Hawks, aren’t the Atlanta Hawks? “Young said.” Because I would tell you, I have many teammates with whom I keep in touch. A lot. I know much you know. So I want you to indicate your source. “

Young also pointed to Beverley’s emotional reaction to the Minnesota Timberwolves defeating the Los Angeles clippers in a 2022 game tournament game. Beverley played for the Timberwolves that season, but wore a clippers shirt in the four previous seasons.

“We will not even talk about how we celebrate the game victories,” he said. “I win the game games along the way, and I am ready to get to the playoffs. You want game games at home, and you are standing at the scorer table acting as if it were a championship. We also celebrate the different victories.”

Young ended up stating that he has “nothing more than love” for Beverley and insinuated that he would be willing to speak with the former Bucks player.

The Hawks social team jumped to the fray sharing a compilation video that highlighted Young scores when Beverley played defense.

Beverley added more fuel to the fire on Thursday by accusing Young of placing “empty statistics.” Beverley also pointed to Young’s abilities at the defensive end of the court.

“Humulate. Hug constructive criticism,” said Beverley. “Improves that and move the F —.

Beverley continued to take Jabs in the face of Young’s leadership and said the 27 -year -old guard prefers to work outside the team’s facilities. “Every time we see you, you are exercising elsewhere. We never see you in the Hawks sand exercising,” he said.

Beverley said he finally believes that exchanges could serve as a source of motivation for young people.

“Regardless of how it is going, it will be good for him to get out of this,” said Beverley. “Regardless. I hope this is motivating. I hope you arrive at the end of the year and fight for a Motherf playoff.”

Young averaged 25.3 points and 9.8 assists in seven regular race games against Beverley.
