Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Friday postponed audiences on applications that seek an early program of the acquittals presented by the founder of PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the case of Toshakhana II.
Judge Raja Inam Ameen Minhas, who presided over the matter, commented that a decision would be made to fix the plea of acquittal after reviewing the list. “We will examine the cases that appear for Monday and then decide,” the judge observed.
The court listened to the requests transferred by Khan and Bushra Bibi. In his name, lawyer Salman Safdar, Ali Bukhari and the defender of Sardar Masroof appeared before the court.
