The chief coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, Andy Reid, minimized the last lateral incident with the closed wing Travis Kelce during his victory over the New York giants on Sunday.
The heated exchange occurred at the end of the second quarter after the impulse of the Chiefs stagnated while the offensive had a careless start for the game. Kelce left the field and Reid hit his shoulder on his player’s chest. The two said their peace before moving away.

Reid said in the half time that he expected more “juice” of his players and that he did not think too much about the interaction with Kelce.

It is not clear what the two were talking on Sunday night, but Kelce was having a difficult time in the first half. He and Patrick Mahomes also seemed eliminated when the field marshal threw a touch of a pass out of Kelce’s reach.
