Industry Season 4 has officially involved the filming, which means that hopefully we will not have to wait too long before the High Finance series of HBO and the high dramatic series return.

After being renewed by HBO in September 2024, Industry Season 4 officially began production in March with the motto: “New season. The same relentless ambition.”
And in August, the program cooker, Konrad Kay, published a video behind the scene in his Instagram history announcing that the filming had officially wrapped.
Until now, the last three seasons are two years apart and it seems that the cast and the team are scheduled to keep up with tradition.

There is a character that we know will not return to season 4 and that is Harry Lawtey as Rob Spearing.
While the end of season 3 saw Rob relocated to work for a startup in the United States, which opened a new path and history, Deadline confirmed that Lawtey would not actually return at all for season 4, citing “programming conflicts.”
Conor Macneill as Kenny Kilbane is another character that could well have fulfilled his end in the industry after being fired from Pierpoint in season 3. Speaking with RadiTimes, Macneill talked about whether he would return: “Kenny left Pierpoint, at the end of season 3, Pierpoint has gone by himself. I don’t know what is the honest truth of God. But, there are many new characters that bind to the cast for season 4 with promising roles full of drama. As reported by Variety in February, Max Minghella will join as Whitney Halberstram, “the CFO and founder of Tender, a payment processor that enters a growth phase.”
Then, in March, Variety also added Kiernan Shipka, Jack Farthing, Toheeb Jimoh and Amy James-Kelly to the cast.
Shipka will play Hayley Clay, an “executive assistant in the tender of the payment processor.” Father will play Edward Smith, a “Robing and Friend of Henry.” Jimoh will play Kwabena Bannerman, a “merchant at Mostyn Asset Management.” And James-Kelly as Jennifer Bevan, a “recently promoted minister in the Labor Government.”
And later, in March, Variety confirmed Kal Penn as Jay Jonah Atterbury, a “CEO and founder of the guideline of the payment processor.” Charlie Heaton as Jim Dycker, a “financial journalist.” And finally, Forlani as Cordelia Hanani-Spyrka, a “corporate public relations batter.”
