The footage does not present the former first lady. It was originally recorded by an influencer of social networks, whose face was then altered with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to seem Bushra or someone who looks like it.

The unpublished clip was first uploaded in Tiktok On July 28 by a user named Aiza Shah. The manipulated version replaced Shah’s face to spread the false claim.

Aneeshi, open source intelligence analyst at bytes for all (B4A) in Islamabad, examined the video with several Deepfake detection tools. The results varied, with some tools that show a probability of 27.8% of AI manipulation, while others qualified it to 98.7%.
