HBO Max Drops ‘IT: Welcome to Derry’ Trailer

Pennywise, the clown has returned, this time in Derry, a city of Maine, as shown in the trailer of IT: Welcome to Derry.

The series is a prequel to original Ti movies. In 1962, the citizens of the place, especially children, face the danger of the notorious murderer.

A lot of blood and chaos are being happening in the footage. “After eight years of living at the base, I think my Missus is ready for a little taste of normal,” Share Leroy Hanlon (Jovan Ado) when he enters the city.

“Well, if normal is what you are looking for, you will love Derry,” replies an unknown person.

Based on Stephen King’s novel, his logline says: “Welcome to Derry takes place in the world of Stephen King universe, IT: Welcome to Derry is based on King’s novel of King and expands the vision established by filmmaker Andy Muschietti in the movies of the movies IT and IT: Chapter two.”

Andy Muschietti, who is veteran in the franchise, will direct several episodes. Meanwhile, the show is starring Taylour Paige, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, Rudy Mancuso and Bill SkarsgÄrd as Pennywise.

IT: Welcome to DeRry will leave HBO on October 26.
