The Latin American company centered on Bitcoin, Oranjebtc, will be public at Brazil B3 B3 in early October with more than $ 400 million in BTC reserves, which makes it the signing of the largest Bitcoin Treasury in Brazil.
The measure, confirmed by the local media Brazil Journal and at the DAC 2025 Conference of Mercado Bitcoin, will see it in public through an inverse fusion with Intergraus, a preparation dish provider that already appears in the exchange. Once the transaction is closed, Oranje will assume the public list of Intergraus with a free float of approximately 85%.
Oranje has 3,650 bitcoin, approximately six times more than Brazilian Fintech Méliuz, the only other Bitcoin Treasury firm in the country. The sum would classify Oranje among the 25 main corporate Bitcoin holders worldwide, and the company aims to expand that reserve aggressively, according to local media.
The support of the company are high -profile cryptographic investors, including Cameron and Tyler Winklevos, the Pioneer of Bitcoin Adam Back, the Falconx trade platform and Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego. Institutional players such as Off the Chain Capital and Parafi Capital also participated in the initial round, the report added.
Together with his treasury work, Oranje plans to launch a financial education platform focused on Bitcoin and Crypto, using the existing infrastructure of Intergraus.
