Islamabad:
The former judge of the Superior Court of Lahore (LHC) (RETD) Shahid Jamil has joined the Tehreek Tahaffuz-E-Aeen Pakistan, a movement that defends the supremacy of the Constitution.
Justice (Retd) Jamil, who resigned from his position some time ago, announced his decision at a press conference in Islamabad along with the leaders of the movement.
“I am pleased to be part of a struggle dedicated to defending the supremacy of the Constitution,” he said. “The Constitution, based on the resolution of objectives, is a consensus document backed by all federal units.”
