One of the Anonymous plaintiffs told Pak Gazette Digital that the dismissal is “annoying” and “frustrating.”

“This is so annoying. Honestly, I don’t think it is fair that this is still happening. I really expected the Court to stop immediately, and now it feels very frustrating, not only for those affected now, but for all the girls that could affect,” he said.

Another plaintiff also called the “frustrating” ruling and said: “This is not fair.”

Tostrud’s decision establishes that the lawyers of the plaintiffs “have not demonstrated as a matter of fact that the disparities created by the law are substantial enough to deny their members ‘effective accommodation’ or ‘equal treatment’, since those concepts are defined under title IX”.

The transgender athlete, Marissa Rothenberger of Champlin Park High School, took school to a state championship last year while dominating women’s opponents.

Rothenberger launched a complete game bleached, allowing only three hits and struggling six in the championship game, limiting a race that saw Rothenberger launch the 21 tickets in three state games of the tournament, giving only two races.

The Junior allowed only two races in 35 total tickets in the postseason.

One of the plaintiffs previously told Pak Gazette Digital about what it was like to play against Rothenberger.

“Hitting against him is not just a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental battle to know that he has an advantage in the sport I grew up playing, which makes it even want to hit him,” said the player.

“His ability to go out and turn the ball is a great advantage, but, as I said, it is also an incredibly mentally, knowing that you are competing against someone who has unfair advantages that leave you with little confidence.

“This problem has affected me in a way that I never imagined. It is simply unfair, and I hate that nothing changes that.

After President Trump signed the Executive Order to “keep men outside women’s sports,” the Minnesota State High School League He announced it It would challenge federal law by allowing transgender athletes to continue playing in women’s sports. Ellison later said at a press conference on April 22 that he received a notice from the Department of Justice that threatened the legal action if the State did not follow the Executive Order, so the Attorney General decided to sue first.

The United States Department of Education announced in June That his two ongoing investigations on Minnesota on the subject, one that was launched in February and another that was launched on June 3, would rise to the newly formed research team of Title IX.

“The Trump administration has the duty to protect women and girls and maintain federal civil rights, and I am pleased to associate with the attorney general Pam Bondi to raise the investigations of the Department in Minnesota to the special investigation team of Title IX,” said US Secretary of Education. UU Linda McMahon in the announcement.

“The continuous indifference of Minnesota towards the civil rights of women is completely unacceptable. We must ensure that women and girls are not stripped of their praise won with so much effort or subject to the danger and indignity of unfair competences, and we will fight to restore antidiscriminate protections under title IX to the maximum of law.”
