The New York Giants rookie seafood, Jaxson Dart, joined Tim Tebow with his performance in Sunday’s victory over the Los Angeles chargers.
Dart had a passenger touchdown, a hurried touchdown and ran for 54 yards when New York won his first victory of the season, 21-18.

The former Ole Miss prominent became the second field marshal since 2000 to have an air touchdown, hurry and run for at least 50 yards in his first start since Tebow did it with the Denver Broncos in 2010, according to the NFL investigation.
It finished 13 of 20 with 111 air yards. His touchdown pass went to Theo Johnson.
“I have a lot of confidence in our rookie field marshal,” said the chief coach of the giants, Brian Daboll. “But he is a rooky field marshal, so there will be errors that will be made. We know it. There will be more next week, there were some this week. It will not be perfect.”

The NFL research said Dart was the first quartback to win its first race against a team that was at least 3-0 in the last 23 years. The last field marshal to do so was the star of St. Louis Rams, Marc Bulger, against the Oakland Raiders in October 2002.
Like Dart, Tebow was also a first round selection in 2010. He made the first beginning of his career in week 15 against the Raiders.

Tebow had 8 of 16 with 138 air yards, a touchdown pass with 78 yards by land and a touchdown by land.
