First in Fox: The United States Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services has determined that Minnesota’s education agencies have violated title IX by allowing biological transcopara transcopara transcoparas in girls, as Pak Gazette Digital has learned.
The administration of President Donald Trump found the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and the Minnesota State Secondary School League (MSHSL) in violation of Title IX after a two -month investigation into state policies and a transgender pitcher that leads to a female high school softball team to a state championship.
A press release from the Department of Education obtained by Pak Gazette Digital cites the performance of the pitcher in the 2025 season for the recent repression, affirming “the male pitcher dominated to the female athletes for five consecutive games, only giving a race won in the course of 35 tickets and struggling to 27 female batters.”

The launch also cited instances of trans athletes competing in the alpine skiing of the girls, the Nordic skiing of the girls, the girls’ lacrosse, the athletics team of the girls and the volleyball of girls.
“For too many years, Minnesota’s political leadership has been found on the wrong side of justice, common sense and the American people. Now the Minnesota Department of Education and the League of the State of the Secondary School of the State of Minnesota are on the wrong side of the title IX by allowing men to compete in women’s sports,” said the secretary of Civil Rights of Doe for the Craig Craig.
“The Trump administration will not allow Minnesota or any other state to sacrifice the security, fair treatment and dignity of its students to appease the false idols of the radical gender ideology. Once an education or entity program takes federal funds, the fulfillment of the title IX becomes mandatory. And the federal government will hold Minnesota until it recognizes that fact.”
The DOE and DHHS have now given the State and their education agencies a 10 -day period to amend their policies to comply with Title IX and the Executive Order to “keep men out of women’s sports” by President Donald Trump.
The conditions for that agreement are:
- MDE and MSHSL must terminate or review any orientation that allows men to compete in girls’ sports to comply with title IX and reflect that to the extent that state law conflict with title IX, the Federal Law is advanced to state law;
- MDE will issue a state notice to all entities financed by the Federal Government that operate interscollastic athletic programs that require strict compliance with title IX by separating athletics and intimate facilities based on sex;
- The notice will require that these entities adopt definitions based on biology of “male” and “woman” and will remind them that the breach of title IX places their federal funds in danger;
- MDE and MSHSL will send updated training, procedure and processing materials for the ED OCR and the OCR of HHS to review and approve, and carry out the training approved for MDE and MSHSL staff;
- MDE will restore female athletes all records and titles embezzled by male athletes competing in female categories, and will send each woman a letter of apology in the name of the state of Minnesota for allowing her educational experience to be tarnished by sexual discrimination. MDE will require in writing that MSHSL takes parallel measures; and
- MDE will require each school and MSHSL to send an annual certification to MDE that they have complied with title IX.
If these conditions are not met, the state agencies will be sent to the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice has already filed demands against the educational agencies of Maine and California about the same problem of trans athletes in girls’ sports.
Within the transgender volleyball crisis of Gavin Newsom
The Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has already filed his own lawsuit against Trump and the Department of Justice for trying to enforce their policies to protect the sports of girls in Minnesota. Ellison has boasted to “sue them first” regarding the subject.
Meanwhile, the situation involving the softball player has already caused another demand for three teenagers who have had to compete against the Trans pitcher. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit earlier this month.
The lawsuit was filed by three female athletes against Ellison, the executive director of the Secondary School League of the State of Minnesota, Erich Martens, the Human Rights Commissioner of Minnesota, Rebecca Lucero, and the Minnesota Willie Jett Education Commissioner.
One of the Anonymous plaintiffs told Pak Gazette Digital that the dismissal is “annoying” and “frustrating.”
“This is so annoying. Honestly, I don’t think it is fair that this is still happening. I really expected the Court to stop immediately, and now it feels very frustrating, not only for those affected now, but for all the girls that could affect,” he said.
The transgender athlete, Marissa Rothenberger of Champlin Park High School, took school to a state championship last year while dominating women’s opponents.
Rothenberger launched a complete game bleached, allowing only three hits and struggling six in the championship game, limiting a race that saw Rothenberger launch the 21 tickets in three state games of the tournament, giving only two races. The Junior allowed only two races in 35 total tickets in the postseason.
One of the plaintiffs previously told Pak Gazette Digital about what it was like to play against Rothenberger.
“Hitting against him is not just a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental battle to know that he has an advantage in the sport I grew up playing, which makes it even want to hit him,” said the player.
“His ability to go out and turn the ball is a great advantage, but, as I said, it is also an incredibly mentally, knowing that you are competing against someone who has unfair advantages that leave you with little confidence.
“This problem has affected me in a way that I never imagined. It is simply unfair, and I hate that nothing changes that.
Now, the federal government is taking a step forward to take measures.
