  • Trump says the conflict would have been much worse if it happened.
  • Observations made before others, including two generals, Trump reveals.

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, said he considered the praise extended by Pakistan’s Marshal, also Munir, as an “honor.”

Speaking to US military leaders on Tuesday, Trump said that the Pakistani field marshal had praised his role in stopping the Pakistan-Indian war, which finally saved millions of lives.

“He said that if the war had taken place, it would have been much worse,” Trump said. The president of the United States added that the comments of the Munir Marshal had left a positive impression. “I really liked his comment,” Trump said.

Trump also said that the head of the Army staff (COAS) Munir had made these observations in the presence of others, including two generals, adding weight to his words.

His statement came after his meetings with the Army Chief twice.

In July, Trump and Coas Munir gathered during lunch in the White House Cabinet room, where the field marshal recognized President Trump’s statesman and his ability to understand and address the multifaceted challenges facing the global community.

His second meeting was held earlier this month, since Trump, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Munir Marshal held a meeting at the White House.

The prime minister expressed his “deep admiration” for the president of the United States, Trump, describing him as a “man of peace” dedicated to sincere efforts to end conflicts worldwide.

Speaking during a warm and cordial meeting with President Trump in the Oval office, the prime minister said that the bold, brave and decisive actions of the US leader had helped to facilitate the high fire between Pakistan and India, thus avoiding what he called a possible “great catastrophe” in southern Asia, a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s office.
