A MLB postseason camera became too literal as it caught a play in Card Wild Card game by Tigers-Cleveland Tigers-Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday afternoon.
During a bat between the Tigers, the As Tarik Skubal and the batter of the Guardians, Angel Martínez, the first delivered a quick 100 mph ball that the second continued with a 0-2 count.
While Martínez lost to put the cannon on a ball, he went back and broke down a camera that filmed the game behind the plate. Skubal noticed it immediately, while those of the Home plate turned around to see a lot of glass of the lens in the grass.

ESPN’s announcer, be McDonough, wondered if that was a camera of his own transmission, but it wasn’t. The transmission showed a clear view behind the dish, while the guardians of the Guardians ran to clean things as quickly as possible.
Skubal has not allowed a very solid contact at all, since the winner of the Cy Young 2024 award has certainly played the role of Ace so that the tigers begin the postseason. Through seven tickets, Skubal totaled 14 strikeouts and yielded only three hits at its output of 7 ⅔ entries.

Although Skubal took the ball to the plate on time, Martínez’s hand put under the label for even the game each.
Since then, the Tigers have taken the lead, since the sacrifice touch of Zack McKInry to the first base allowed Riley Greene to score from the third to turn it into a 2-1 game.
These bunned series are only the best of three, which makes the game 1 so crucial for the eight teams they will play on Tuesday.

The tigers and guardians know well, after having been in a closed battle in the central Al during September, with Cleveland running a return for the century to win the division and the field advantage of origin in this series.
