The additional judge of the district and the sessions, Muhamad Afzal Majoka, issued non -financing arrest orders for the lawyer and activist Imaan Mazari and the activist of the social networks Hadi Ali Chatha in the controversial case of tweets, ordering the police to arrest them and produce them before the court.
At the beginning of the hearing, the court formally framed charges against the two defendants. However, none was present in the courtroom at that time. Instead, his assistant lawyer appeared in his name.
When the court asked about his absence, the lawyer said they had both attended briefly, but went to another hearing in Rawalpindi.
