Five employees of the gas company kidnapped in Di Khan


The unidentified armed men kidnapped five employees of a gas pipeline company along with their vehicle in the jurisdiction of the Daraman Police Station in the Di Khan district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday.

The incident occurred on the Dera -zhob road near Zarkanai, where the assailants intercepted the company of the company belonging to the Sar Dagar Limited Sar Dagar Camp of Sui Northern Gas Tpelines in Daraman.

The kidnapped employees were identified as Forest Khurshid, Khalid Mushtaq of Punjab, the driver Ramzan, Adnan de Lakki Marwat and the Christian worker Suraj Kumar.

The sources said the victims were traveling in the company’s vehicle when armed men suddenly arrested them and took them by force to an unknown place. The reason behind the kidnapping has not yet been determined.

Police officials confirmed that a search operation was immediately launched after the incident, while control stalls and obstacles have been established in the surrounding areas to locate the kidnappers.

The incident has caused panic and fear in the area, and residents urged the government to take urgent measures to guarantee the safe recovery of kidnapped employees and restore security in the region.
