Two novice headlines made their debut in the postseason at the Bronx on Thursday night, but only one made the history of the MLB at the end.
The New York Yankees flamethrower, Cam Schlittler, not only offered the performance that the local team needed to reach the ALD, but a manager of the Boston Red Sox, Alex Cora, called “Perfect.”

Schlitter, who left five scattered hits, is the first player in the history of the MLB postseason to go eight goals with more than 12 strikeouts and without walks. He launched 107 launches after Manager Aaron Boone allowed him to go in the eighth entrance after launching his 100th launch to finish the seventh inning.
Meanwhile, the Yankees were trying to get after the left -handed rookie from the Red Sox, Connelly, early, a 23 -year -old who prospered in four regular season openings. While Schlittler started strong, early he was matching her energy, putting five Yankees through her first round of alignment.

But the lower part of the fourth entrance is where the wheels fell early after Cody Bellinger’s Bloop in the short central garden resulted in a double after Ceddanne Rafaela’s diving attempt did not work.
After Giancarlo Stanton walked and Ben Rice struck out, Amed Rosario, who was in the game for the left -handed confrontation against the former, arrived with a single RBI to put the Yankees on the board first.

The hit of success came after that when Jazz Chisholm Jr. loaded the bases with a single and Anthony Volpe hit a single to put the 2-0. Then, Austin Wells opened the game after his ball abruptly hit the first base resulted in a mistake by Nathaniel Lowe that scored two races.
With an advantage of four races, the Yankees leaned on Schlittler to continue suffocating the offensive of the red socks and did exactly that. Schlittler sailed for eight tickets until David Bednar closed the door in the ninth entrance.
With the victory in the confrontation of profits or homes, the Yankees will now go to Toronto to face the tiles, who clung to the title of Al East at the end of the regular season.
