
FIFA has presented the official 2026 World Cup match ball, combining high -tech refinements and design details by celebrating the three co -elites countries: United States, Mexico and Canada.
The ball, called Trionda, was designed again by the German manufacturer Adidas, supplier of the official World Cup balls from the 1970 tournament.

“I am delighted and proud to present the trion”, the president of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, when the ball was revealed in an event in New York on Thursday.
The first World Cup organized by three countries, with 48 teams competing, inspired both the name and ball design with red, blue and green colors.
Iconography of each host nation: The Arce leaves Canada, the eagle of Mexico and the stars of the United States also appear, with a triangle that refers to the unity of the three countries.

Less visible are technological advances that include deep seams designed to produce “optimal” flight stability “and relief icons that improve grip in wet or wet conditions.
A movement sensor chip will transmit information on the movement of the ball, sending data to the video assistant referee (VAR) system.

The presentation marks another step in the countdown to the North American World Cup, which will take place from June 11 to July 19 next year.
FIFA has launched its online ticket sales procedures, with more than 4.5 million fans from 216 countries and territories entering the presale draw.
The tournament draw will take place in Washington on December 5.
