ISLAMABAD:
PM/FM Ishaq Dar on Wednesday appreciated Jordan’s role in receiving the released detainees of the Sumud Global Flotilla and facilitating their return home.
He also thanked Jordan for its help in enabling the return to Amman of former senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, who is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on Thursday.
The MPD/FM spoke with its Jordanian representative Ayman Safadi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson reported in a press release.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen Pakistan-Jordan relations through continued high-level engagement and cooperation.
