Louis Tomlinson reflects on the moment Zayn Malik left One Direction.
The 33-year-old English singer-songwriter appeared on the Diary of a CEO podcast, where he found out about Zayn’s departure from the band.

She went on to recall how she encountered Zayn’s departure on March 25, 2015, a decision she made at the end of a “normal” night.
“He was calm, he wasn’t in a bad mood or anything like that, you know. ‘Good night, boy’. And then the next morning, I woke up, we had a photo shoot with Coca-Cola for some sponsor. And we found out he wasn’t coming,” Wall’s creator said.
It is pertinent to mention that Louis Tomlinson also left One Direction in 2016, a year after Zayn Malik’s departure.
