The Pakistani adaptation of Big Brother has finally come to an end. Viewers are eagerly waiting to see who will be crowned the winner. Since its broadcast in August, Tamasha has hooked audiences, and even those who weren’t watching couldn’t escape the viral clips that flooded social media.
The show’s host Adnan Siddiqui is all set to wrap up the mystery of the winner and took to Instagram to say goodbye on Friday.
“Every day I entered the Tamasha Ghar, I witnessed a world within walls: a microcosm of emotions, alliances and pure human instinct,” Adnan wrote. “Within those walls, I saw laughter that came from the heart and a silence that carried the weight of a thousand thoughts. Bonds were forged by fire, tempers flared, egos were bruised, and through it all, they played their game honestly and fiercely. I saw people stripped of all pretense, reacting as they really are when the world isn’t watching except, of course, the world always is.”
The actor-host applauded the contestants for being able to live under constant scrutiny and the different ways it tests you. He wrote that there were days when even the strongest buckled under pressure and crumbled and he praised them for having the strength to overcome that. “As we approach the grand final, I have immense respect for each of them,” he wrote.
Siddiqui ended his note in style and wrote: “May the best player win.”
Rumors of an alleged leak about the winner before the final episode have only fueled the online buzz. According to Pakistani blogger Drejaz Waris’ Instagram post, fan favorite Saif Ali Khan won this season of the show. An online user celebrated this supposed victory online and wrote, “Yes, Saif is the winner of Tamasha 4. I’m very happy for him. The fourth season really belongs to him, well deserved. “Saif reigns supreme.”
Another supported Saif’s supposed victory and wrote, “Honestly, the only one who truly deserves to win this show is Saif Ali Khan. Since day 1, the entire show has revolved around him. He made genuine bonds, showed his true personality, supported others, performed every task effortlessly and took stands where it really mattered.”
However, the official winner will only be revealed in the grand finale episode, which will air tomorrow, Saturday, October 11.
