CAA allows Serene Air to fly temporarily

ISLAMABAD:

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has granted permission to Serene Air to operate temporary flights. According to an official notification, Serene Air will bring back Pakistani passengers stranded in Saudi Arabia.

Passengers who had purchased Serene Air tickets were stuck in Saudi Arabia for several days. The airline has been given two weeks to complete the repatriation process. The CAA had suspended flight operations of Serene Air a few days earlier.

The CAA on Friday suspended commercial flight operations of airline Serene Air for failing to maintain a fleet of aircraft in service.
