Kim Kardashian talked about how her daughter North West explored beauty and learned to be confident from an early age.
In a recent chat with Alex Cooper at the calls his daddy On the podcast, the 44-year-old reality star opened up about her daughter North West’s growth in the beauty world.
Kim revealed that her 12-year-old daughter has developed a love for makeup, especially lip liner.
“I’ve had those conversations with North about makeup because she loves her lip liner,” the SKIMS founder said. He added that his “door is wide open” for his children and their friends. “And she’ll say, but Mom, I literally grew up my entire life sitting on your lap while you did your makeup, watching you do it.”
Since North spent her childhood surrounded by Kardashian’s glamorous crew, she even called makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic one of her “masters.”
North, along with her friends, is also learning special effects makeup for fun.
“I love that… they haven’t grown up. [up]” she said. “What they do on the weekends is go to the bedroom and put all their makeup on.”
The mother of four also gushed about North’s confidence.
“She’s very mature in a way… She’s very confident and says, ‘I probably wouldn’t hang out with those people.'”
