Aaron Phypers has just been released on bail following his arrest for spousal abuse.
The 53-year-old was arrested on spousal abuse charges in a Los Angeles court on Friday amid his contentious divorce from Denise Richards.
The witnesses said fox news that Phypers was heard shouting and arguing with bailiffs while on an escalator as they returned to court to retrieve his mobile phone and belongings.
Hours later, he bonded out of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station after posting the hefty $200,000 bond.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Richards’ estranged husband was seen grinning from ear to ear after his release while posing alongside a California slave.
Richards was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers in July, after she claimed he once gave her a black eye during an argument.
At the time, Phypers denied Richards’ abuse allegations and it was alleged that the American actress injured herself while drinking.
Earlier this month, Richards, who was previously married to TV star Charlie Sheen, testified that Phypers became violent toward her on multiple occasions.
according to PEOPLE magazine, in horrific testimony, Denise Richards told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Aaron Phypers had given her “at least three concussions” during their relationship.
