The end is near for Generation V season 2. That’s right, the latest series finale is almost here, and while it has a lot of narrative ground to cover, it’s exciting to know how its finale could set up the fifth and final season of its parent show in the boys.

As I’ve said in several articles since Season 2 began, this is a global release of the next Amazon TV Original installment, so viewers in North and South America won’t be able to watch it on the night of October 21.
As for timing, here’s when I expect ‘Godolkin’s Guardians’ to arrive on one of the best streaming services in the world:

When do the new episodes of Gen V season 2 come out?
They won’t. If you skipped the rest of this article, you haven’t told me that the eighth episode of this season will be the last. So, the second season of one of Prime Video’s best shows will end once its finale has aired.
That doesn’t mean there won’t be more seasons. Amazon hasn’t confirmed if another eight-part installment is still in development but, depending on how the boys‘ the fifth season ends, there is a possibility of Generation V continue even if the main program’s story has concluded.

A prequel series – Vought on the rise – and a spin-off set in Mexico from the boys are in the works at Amazon MGM Studios, so this satirical superhero franchise will continue with or without Generation V.
