After reading ACROSS and then the spangram first, I was left in no doubt about the words we were looking for today, although I was delighted to find “hamburgers” among the non-game words.
To me, this is a near-perfect Strands: neither too hard nor too easy, with a theme that all puzzle lovers will find fun, and some interesting word choices.
Also, it wasn’t until I played this game that I realized how many different elements there are in a CROSSSWORD, so it made me appreciate them even more…
