Ferguson is hoping to move into a £3.6million villa in Portugal owned by his daughter Princess Eugenie and her husband, businessman Jack Brooksbank.
The banishment came days after an email between her and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was made public.
In the email, Fergie said: “You have always been a firm, generous and ultimate friend to me and my family.
In response to the emails, her spokesperson previously said: “This email was sent in the context of advice given to the Duchess to try to appease Epstein and his threats.”
