Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s domestic dynamic has come to light!
It may be no secret that, growing up, the Duke of Sussex used to have a staff that included nannies, chefs and cleaners.
However, after 2020, when he and his wife, Markle, announced their departure from royal duties and left their life in the UK behind, Harry is said to now have a more realistic approach to life.
According HELLO! Magazine Mindy Kaling, one of the Duchess’s closest celebrity friends, during the 2025 Golden Globes, provided insight into the royal couple’s daily life at home and explained how the two share household chores.
While the actress was talking about Markle’s latest documentary, Love, Meghan, With the former TV star cooking delicious meals for famous friends, Kaling revealed that the Duke also has his own skills in the kitchen.
“Harry was there,” she revealed of filming the documentary at the royal couple’s Montecito residence.
Kaling added: “He didn’t cook for me, but I heard he’s actually a pretty good cook. He knows his way around the kitchen.”
Meghan Markle’s own domestic skills are no secret, as she previously told Good cleaning In 2016, “There’s nothing as delicious (or as impressive) as a perfectly roasted chicken. If you have an Ina Garten-level roast chicken recipe, it’s a game-changer. I take it to dinner parties and make a lot of friends.”
