King Charles eventually agreed to hand over power to his eldest son and heir to the throne, Prince William, amid health problems.
This has been stated by royals while speaking to the Radar online.
The source said: “Prince William sees his father as weak and incapable of doing things the way he would do them to protect the monarchy.”
The royal confidant continued: “While King Charles coddled his brother, giving him the benefit of the doubt, William told him to hit the brakes and kick him out.
“Prince William is no nonsense. He didn’t like the way his father ruled.”
Sources went on to say that Queen Camilla is “furious” at how William and his wife, Kate Middleton, pushed her aside, undermined Charles, who celebrated his 77th birthday on Nov. 14, and “worked their way in” to take charge of the response to the fallout from former Duke of York Andrew’s alleged connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
The source said: “Camilla is loving the power trip. She knows her husband had been waiting to be king for a long time and, frankly, she had been waiting to be queen too.
“Camilla is simply trying to hold on to the throne for as long as possible and taking it away is devastating her.”
