Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, has just accused an influencer in court of spreading lies about him.
Allegations made against the footballer include accusations that he drugged him, sexually assaulted him and then plotted to kill.
However, the NFL star disputes the claims and, according to TMZThe 31-year-old is speaking out against this “wannabe social media influencer” Christopher Blake Griffith for “making up” a “outrageous story” about him stemming from an incident at Diggs’ home in May 2023.
For those who don’t know, Griffth says Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted him” before the murder conspiracy came to light, which occurred because he wanted to “suppress his gay/bisexual secrets so they wouldn’t be exposed.”
According to the stars, after enjoying some down time at a local club, following a charity game in Washington DC, Griffth had been asked to leave by his assistant, following the NFL stars’ return to his room where he retired for the night.
In Diggs’ case, Griffths is said to have retold the incident to his followers, leading to multiple accounts criticizing his social media accounts, as well as those of the Patriots and even Uggs, with whom he had an endorsement deal.
Regarding this lawsuit, Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, told the outlet: “Mr. Griffith hopes to show the world in court that, regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ expensive New York lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”
So far, no specifications have been revealed regarding the damages demanded, the same media reveals.
