Pete Davidson and his now-pregnant girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, knew at first glance they were going to have something “real.”
In a recent talk with Bumble On Tuesday, the comedian and model revealed that they immediately had an idea of where they saw their bond going during their first date in March.
“When we had our first date, we went out to dinner for the first time, I was like, ‘Okay, don’t think I’m crazy, but I know you’re going to be the father of my kids,'” the 29-year-old mom said in a Q&A.
“Yes,” Pete confirmed. “I was like, ‘I know.'”
“And look at us now!” —Elsie joked.
Pete responded, “How about that?”
As the couple is expecting their first baby together, they were asked what they are most excited about becoming parents.
“I think we’re really excited to dress the baby exactly like us,” Pete revealed.
Hewitt responded: “OMG, did the three of us match outfits?!”
“Yeah, it’s going to be a lot of fun,” Pete shared.
Of the things they’ve learned as a couple and future parents, Hewitt shared, “You’re very patient with me. And one lesson we’ve both learned is that I need to work on managing my time, and Pete is very patient with me.”
“That’s a lesson anyone could learn: You’re just going to be late,” the SNL star added. “And it’s okay.”
