Sarah Ferguson wants nothing to do with her estranged ex-husband, Andrew.
After the former couple were ordered to leave The Royal Lodge in Windsor and spend the rest of their lives in exile, it is revealed that Fergie has left Andrew stranded to find his own way.
Royal author Andrew Lownie told the Express: “Fergie dumped him, he lost her attraction, now he’s out of Royal Lodge and he’s a Prince. And she’s going to do her thing. It’ll be a bit like Meghan and Harry, with many, many parallels there.
He added: “So I don’t know where she’s going. She might go to Switzerland, I think she might, you know, quietly go somewhere in London and lay low for a while, but I think she’ll come back.”
“There is a contract between the people and the monarchy,” said the author. “They are respected when they serve us well. When they behave in ways that are considered selfish, they are in trouble.”
