- Apple confirmed that its annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion is returning for 2025
- You’ll receive an Apple gift card with select purchases
- Still, if you want a traditional deal, Amazon or Best Buy are your best bet.
While it’s not called a sale, with just over a week left until Black Friday proper, Apple confirmed that its now-annual shopping event will return for 2025. The aptly named ‘Apple Store Shopping Event’ will begin on November 28 and run until December 1 in physical retail stores and the online store.
Unlike Amazon or Best Buy, which offer early payment discounts on countless Apple products, Apple’s approach is a gift card with purchase on select devices. It’s not a small amount either, as you can get an Apple gift card of up to $250 with the purchase of a device.
However, not all devices are eligible for this promotion and, unfortunately, many of the latest Apple devices, such as the 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro, the iPhone 17 line or the iPad Pro with M5, are among those left out.
If you’re looking for savings on them, or just a traditional discount on any Apple product, you’ll want to check out some of the best Black Friday deals from retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy; We’ll even share some of our favorites in the US and UK that you can shop right now.
But before we do that, we’re sharing details about the ‘Apple Store Shopping Event’, like which iPads will net you a $100 Apple gift card and which Macs will net you a potentially larger amount.
So while you won’t find real cash discounts on iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, AirPods, Beats earbuds or headphones, and other accessories, Apple will add a gift card that you can use on future purchases with the purchase of select devices.
Depending on what you buy, you’ll receive an Apple gift card worth between $25 and $250; The latter is not a small amount, but it comes with a more expensive initial purchase. As in previous years, more recently released Apple devices are also not eligible here.
That is, if you’re looking for a 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 as a Black Friday deal, Amazon or another retailer is your best option. The same goes for the iPad Pro with M5, the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and the latest iPhone line (17, Air, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max included).
You can see the full event landing page on Apple’s online store in the US and UK, but there’s a list of the deals here as well. And below, check out the best early Black Friday Apple deals you can get right now in the US and UK.
