Prince William is visiting Leeds to open an MND centre.

The Prince of Wales joined Lindsey Burrow at the opening of a brand new center for patients suffering from motor neurone disease.

According to the NHS, MND is a “progressive condition that shortens life and damages motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord, causing muscle weakness and loss of function.”

William marked this moment by taking to his Instagram page.

He noted: “Joining Lindsey Burrow and Kevin Sinfield in Leeds to open the Rob Burrow Center for MND.”

“This remarkable center pays tribute to Rob, who faced MNE with extraordinary courage until his passing last year. Built on his vision and courage, this world-leading center will transform MNE care while being a lasting tribute to his legacy,” the official website noted.
