ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday scheduled a hearing to restrain Judge Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from leaving work over allegations of having a fake degree.
According to the cause list, a two-member bench of the High Court will hear the case on November 25, filed by advocate Mian Dawood.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.
The SC had declared the High Court’s decision to suspend Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from work and reinstated him.
