Islamabad traffic police issued a traffic advisory ahead of the Tri-nations cricket series match at Rawalpindi cricket stadium.
Cricket teams will travel from Islamabad to the stadium and detours are expected on Srinagar Highway, Club Road and Ninth Avenue during peak hours. Traffic flow on these roads may be affected.
Authorities have advised travelers to allow an extra 15 to 20 minutes for travel. Islamabad traffic police said they will do their best to reduce the inconvenience and provide traffic updates through social media and FM 92.4.
Citizens are also asked to cooperate with traffic authorities and be patient. In case of emergencies, they can contact “Pukaar 15” or the Traffic Helpline at 1915.

Sri Lanka defeated Zimbabwe by nine wickets in the fifth match of the tri-national T20 international series on Tuesday night.
Both teams defeated each other in one match each and with the victory, Sri Lanka is now competing for second place among three teams in the T20I series.
Sri Lanka will play another match on Thursday against Pakistan, who have already qualified for the final with six points and without losing a match so far.
If Zimbabwe team had won this match they would have directly reached the final but now if Sri Lanka also wins against Pakistan in their 4th match then Sri Lanka team can reach the final which will be played on 29th November.
