In another incident within the Humak police limits, two people were seriously injured in a shootout allegedly linked to an old feud.

Police said a man identified as Sikandar allegedly opened fire on an individual named Qamar on GT Road. When the wounded Qamar tried to stand up, the assailant allegedly opened indiscriminate fire, wounding a bystander.

Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. The suspect managed to escape and, despite the presence of Safe City cameras in the area, police were unable to make any arrests.
