- Wallpapers for the Samsung Galaxy S26 series have been leaked
- These are shown in six shades, suggesting that the phones could also be sold in those shades.
- Colors include grey, peach, purple, light blue, black and silver.
Thanks to various leaks and rumours, we have a pretty good idea of the likely specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, so leaks are now inevitably focusing on colours, with the latest such leak suggesting that these phones could be sold in six shades.
X user @wr3cckl3ss1 (via Android Police) shared what is apparently an official wallpaper for the Samsung Galaxy S26, and they showed it in six different colors: grey, peach, purple, light blue, black, and silver (see image below).
That certainly suggests that those could be the colors we’ll see the Galaxy S26 series arrive in next year, and @DaRealManMikey has specifically claimed that these are indeed the phone shades we’ll see.
These wallpapers were apparently lifted from Samsung software, which, if true, suggests they’re probably genuine, although it’s worth noting that while @wr3cckl3ss1 has accurately leaked information in the past, none of these sources have a particularly extensive track record, so we’d take this information with a pinch of salt.
Of the six colors shown, it’s the three brightest shades that immediately catch my eye, as I’m a fan of bold colors on phones.
But it’s the peach that perhaps stands out the most of all, as while it looks a bit like the coral shade we previously saw on the Samsung Galaxy S25, it also doesn’t look much like the orange shade that Apple sells the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max in.
A probably incomplete selection
But the big question that remains is: which Samsung Galaxy S26 models would be sold in which of these colors? Samsung typically sells its Ultra phones in different shades than other models, and the company also tends to reserve brighter shades for non-Ultra models.
So, with that in mind, we assume that all of these colors will apply to the Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus, and that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will be sold in a different selection. Or, the more muted shades shown here will be used for the Ultra, while the brighter ones are offered for the other models, in which case all three models will likely be sold in additional shades as well. So, either way, this is probably an incomplete list, if it’s accurate.
However, we should find out exactly how accurate it is before long, as recent leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S26 series could launch in January, although some previous reports claimed that we could be waiting until March.
