Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has apparently decided not to let King Charles live in peace despite his medical treatment.
On October 30, the monarch announced that he had officially begun a process to strip his brother of his remaining royal titles and honors following the Epstein email scandals.
That was not all; Charles asked Andrew to give up his lease and leave the huge Royal Lodge. According to the statement, the king has arranged private accommodation for the former Duke of York at the Sandringham estate.
But royal expert Robert Jobson claimed Beatriz and Eugenia’s father won’t be going anywhere until next year.
he said Hello! Magazine“Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor appears to be kicking his heels. The disgraced royal has made it clear to the king and the courtiers who sent him packing that he is not going anywhere quickly.”
The royal commentator added: “Despite being served with formal notice in October to give up his Royal Lodge lease, he will not relent until February at the earliest, suggesting he will spend Christmas at Royal Lodge while the King invites the rest of his close family to Sandringham.”
Robert believed that logistics could be the reason for the delay in relocation. It must be difficult moving Andrew’s belongings from 30 rooms to a modest cabin.
The delay also showed that the property Andrew resides in in Sandringham is not yet ready.
“Retrenchment is complex, says the Palace. But understanding does not mean sympathy. Sources say Andrew is ‘leaning on every available technical step’ to slow the process. Delay as a strategy. Why rush your own retrenchment?” Robert stated.
