ISLAMABAD:
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb met with Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Finance Minister Abdulmuhsen Al-Khalaf in Riyadh on Thursday.
During the meeting, both ministers exchanged views on the positive macroeconomic trends of Pakistan’s economy and joint determination to further improve the economy, according to a press release from the Ministry of Finance.
Aurangzeb appreciated the kingdom’s bilateral and multilateral initiatives to strengthen Pakistan’s economy.
Both sides agreed to continue close cooperation at the tactical and strategic level to fulfill the aspirations of the leaders and people of the two brother countries.
