Rogue joins Gambit
Rogue joins Magneto and Gambit’s team. You will gain an area of effect damage buff on your regular attacks and they will also heal nearby allies. Then it is worth pairing her with the new tactician.
New Event Features Fantastic Iron Man Reward
The Seeds of the Gardener event arrives alongside Marvel Rivals Season 5.5. It’s a mini Battle Pass of sorts with rewards like Iron Man Mark 1, a Captain America werewolf skin, and more.

The official Marvel Rivals The Twitter account shared an image showing Jeff the Land Shark in the audience at The Game Awards 2025. It looks like there will be some sort of Marvel Rivals announcement tonight, so stay tuned for updates on this page.

Luna Snow gains a new ability
Luna Snow is easily the best strategist in Marvel Rivalsand now it’s getting even stronger. Idol Aura can be activated on Luna herself, healing her while she heals others. You also gain a 10% increase in damage and healing while the ability is active.
Rogue joins the battle
The new hero for Marvel Rivals Season 5.5 is Rogue. She is a Vanguard who uses power stealing abilities to make use of a versatile kit. His Ultimate steals Ultimate Energy from enemies, making it a unique ability. Team up with Magneto and Gambit, adding an AoE effect to attacks and a healing aura to teammates.

Season 5.5 Roadmap Revealed!
NetEase has revealed the complete roadmap for Marvel Rivals Season 5.5. There is a New Year’s Eve event in Time Square where players can gather and count down to 2026. There are also new game modes and skins to enjoy.

Marvel Rivals Season 5.5 begins December 12 at the times listed below:
