Vin Diesel just left the Fast and Furious Fans were surprised with a surprise announcement.
The 58-year-old shared a post on social media hinting at a possible appearance by popular footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in the upcoming movie Fast.
However, the caption of the post was altered as it mentioned for the first time that Ronaldo was supposedly going to star in the franchise’s prequel titled The Bandits in 2009, but it didn’t happen.
But now the publication’s caption confirms that there is a role written specifically for the footballer in the upcoming film. Fast and Furious 11.
Along with an image, Vin wrote: “Everyone asked if he would be in the Fast mythology… I have to tell you he’s real. We wrote a role for him…”
After the announcement, the Internet was flooded with reactions from fans who think it is going to be “wild.”
One of them wrote: “We also have Cristiano in Fast X before GTA 6. This is crazy.”
Another fan commented: “Vin Diesel is the only actor who got Neymar and now Cristiano to appear in a movie. The next one will be Messi.”
Fast X: Part 2 will be released in April 2027. It will reunite Diesel with Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Momoa, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Sung Kang.
