LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court (LHC) has established an “Urgent Action Corridor” to streamline and expedite the implementation of urgent court decisions and case files.
The initiative was launched on the directions of LHC Chief Justice Ms Aalia Neelum with the aim of eliminating administrative delays and ensuring prompt execution of court orders, according to a statement issued in Lahore on Tuesday.
Under the new mechanism, all necessary and urgent court orders will be processed and implemented within three days to ensure speedy and effective delivery of justice.
