Holly Ramsay has shared interesting insights about her choice of outfit when speaking about the big day.
The daughter of chef Gordon Ramsay married Olympic swimmer Adam during a lavish ceremony in Bath last Saturday.
However, the Olympic swimmer’s parents were notably absent after a bitter family dispute with his mother, Caroline, reportedly saw them pulled from the ceremony.
For Adam’s part, his younger sister Bethany is the only member he believes remained close after the family fallout. Bethany joined Holly’s sisters Tilly and Megan as they led the bridal party at the couple’s wedding on Saturday.
Now, as Holly, 26, and Adam, 31, enjoy their honeymoon, it was revealed that the bride actually had four wedding dresses.
She had two outfit changes that day and admitted that her parents “would love for her to do just one look.”
Her dress for the ceremony at Bath Abbey was hidden beneath an ivory cape as her father Gordon, 59, escorted her inside.
It comes after she defended her father Gordon’s speech at her wedding to Adam Peaty. Amid the drama, chef Gordon, 59, chimed in saying his wife Tana “will be a good mother to both of us.”
In a new interview with British VogueHolly shared a photo of her and Adam smiling and laughing during Gordon’s speech.
The photo was captioned: “Listening to Dad’s speech, looking around the room and being overwhelmed by the love and happiness on our guests’ faces.”
Meanwhile, Holly also revealed how family friend Victoria Beckham had designed her a silk dress before the wedding.
