Call of Duty: Black Ops 7Season One Reloaded’s big content drop is almost here, with the update launching tomorrow, January 8, 2026.
Before we delve into some of the additions it brings to the table, here is when it launches in your region:
- US: 9 am Pacific Time / 11 am Central Time / 12 pm Eastern Time
- United Kingdom: 17:00 GMT
- Australia: 3am AEST / 4am AEDT (January 9, 2026)
Season One Reloaded arrives as part of one of the biggest seasonal updates in Obligations story, which has already brought an avalanche of new maps, weapons and more to the world of Black ops 7.
On the multiplayer front, it features three new maps: Yakei, Meltdown, and Fringe. Yakei is a completely new environment designed for black ops 7, set on the colorful rooftops of a Japanese city. It has great aesthetics and the compact design looks like it will be ideal for intense 6v6 games.
Meltdown is then a remastering of the iconic Black ops 2 map, which represents the first time it is brought out of Call of Duty: Mobile.
Fringe is another remastering, this time of a map originally from Black ops 3although this particular incarnation is a return from his appearance in black operations 6, giving players the opportunity to re-explore it with everyone Black ops 7Improved tour options.

They arrive alongside a new game mode, Takeover, in which two teams of six fight to capture territory on the move.
At least two new weapons are also available: the Hawker HX sniper rifle and the Sturmwolf 45 SMG. In addition to this, players will also be able to take advantage of a large amount of equipment returning from Black ops 6, including a series of tactics, lethal and score streaks.
Season One Reloaded also marks the arrival of a collaboration on the Fallout TV show, which will presumably involve new playable operators and an in-game event to complete.
Based on the many advancements from Activision, I also expect a great radioactive dustInspired variant of the Nuketown 2025 map, although this has not yet been 100% officially confirmed.

Zombies Fans will have plenty to dive into, with the addition of the new Zarya Cosmodome survival map.
For those eager to return to Endgame mode, there will be new world events. This includes the introduction of the Wraith Wing, a fearsome ghostly VTOL boss that players will likely have to form a squad to defeat.
For those who have been racking up COD Points in the current Battle Pass, a bunch of new cosmetic packs are coming to the in-game store during Season One Reloaded.
Black ops 7 It is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Xbox One.
