Get ready, TV fans, because poniesPeacock’s next spy thriller series is almost here.
Set in the 1970s, it stars Emilia Clarke (game of Thrones) and Haley Lu Richardson (The white lotus) like Bea and Twila, who work as secretaries at the US embassy in Moscow. However, when their husbands die under mysterious circumstances, Bea and Twila challenge their superiors to go undercover and uncover the truth. Bottom line: spy-based shenanigans ensue.
Sound fun to you? You’ll want to know when it will be released and where you can watch it. Below, I’ve put together all the key details you need to know ponies – So go on, gallop to learn more!
What is the release date and release time of Ponies?
ponies will make its debut on Thursday January 15 in North and South America. Viewers living on other continents will have to tune in a day later, on Friday, January 16, to watch it. According to the official Peacock blog, its eight episodes will also be released simultaneously on launch day.
As for the release time, it depends on the day this new Peacock TV Original is released. Considering ponies is coming out this Thursday night, I predict its first episode will air at 6pm PT / 9pm ET. That is the same time that The traitors Season 4 premiered on Peacock last Thursday (January 8), so there’s no reason to suspect that ponies will not do the same.
If the aforementioned launch times are correct, this is when ponies Episode 1 will be released where you live:
- US – Thursday, January 15 at 6 pm PT / 9 pm ET
- Canada – Thursday, January 15 at 6 pm PT / 9 pm ET
- India – Friday, January 16 at 7:30 am IST
- Australia – Friday 16 January at 1pm AEDT
- New Zealand – Friday 16 January at 3pm NZDT
Where can I see ponies?
If it wasn’t clear now, ponies will be available to watch on Peacock, also known as one of the best streaming services in the world.
Don’t worry if Peacock hasn’t launched in the country where you live, though, because it’s coming to other streaming platforms as well. Here’s where you can stream it:
- US – peacock
- Canada – showcase
- India – JioHotstar
- Australia – Foxtel/Binge
- New Zealand –TVNZ+
Why can’t I see Ponies in the UK?
If it wasn’t evident by now, there is a clear lack of information about when and where ponies can be transmitted on British shores.
Peacock usually airs on Sky and Now TV in the UK. Considering other Peacock TV originals, including The day of the jackal, Tedand the paper, released on these platforms, it is a safe bet that ponies will do the same.
However, there are some caveats. On the one hand, season 2 of twisted metal – one of Peacock’s biggest TV hits – released on Paramount+ in the UK. Meanwhile, another Peacock spy thriller on The Copenhagen test It won’t hit British shores until early 2026. It has been available to watch on NBCUniversal’s streamer since December 27, 2025.
So when ponies dating in the UK? At the time of publishing, there is no official word on when British viewers will be able to watch it and what platforms it will be released on. It’s not part of Sky’s January 2026 launch slate, so ponies It certainly won’t arrive at the same time as other countries.
Once I know more about the UK release date, I will update this section. For now, we don’t know when ponies will fall on British shores.
