- Arc Raiders update 1.11.0 has arrived
- Adds a new cosmetic set and makes balance changes to Kettle and Trigger ‘Nades.
- Trigger ‘Nades had quickly become a commonly exploited thrown weapon, and are now much less effective in battle against other Raiders.
Arch Raiders just received its first balance update of 2026. Update 1.11.0 is now available on all platforms and primarily makes changes to Trigger ‘Nades and Kettle.
Trigger ‘Nades had been a major point of contention for the Arch Raiders community lately, and many believe they are too powerful in PvP. Trigger ‘Nades are now less powerful, as detailed in a recent Arch Raiders blog post:
“This nerf is intended to make it less usable as a ‘mid-air trigger’ grenade, while maintaining its usefulness as a sticky bomb. The damage reduction has been rebalanced to concentrate it closer to the center of the explosion and deal less damage further away.”
The post continues: “The delay between the grenade being fired and its detonation has been increased from 0.7 seconds to 1.5 seconds, giving players more time to react and making it more difficult to time the detonation in mid-air.”
The Kettle weapon has also suffered a slight nerf, although it is unlikely to affect most players. Fire rate reduced from 600 to 450, in order to counter PC players using macros to fire the weapon at incredibly high speeds:
“Fire rate reduced from 600 to 450. The previous fire rate was only realistically achievable by players using macros, creating an unfair dynamic that favors the use of third-party software.”
A new cosmetic set called Abyss has also been added to the Store. It has a diving theme, with fins and a tight-fitting helmet. Finally, a key card issue has been fixed and lighting has been reduced in some areas of Stella Montis.
Arch Raiders It is now available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The Cold Snap update has just finished, ending the Flickering Flames event and the expedition departure window.
