Dakota Johnson is once again at the center of dating speculation after being spotted spending time with singer-songwriter Role Model, fueling new romance rumors.
The actress, 36, and the musician, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, 28, were seen having dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 14, according to a video obtained by dosmoi and then shared on Instagram.
The low-key outing immediately turned heads, especially since it marked the second time the couple was photographed together in recent weeks.
Their last dinner followed an earlier sighting during the holidays.
December 29 TMZ published photographs showing Johnson and the Sally, when the wine runs out singer having dinner together, leading fans to wonder if the connection was more than friendly.
While neither of them have commented publicly, the repeated appearances have only increased curiosity surrounding their relationship.
The rumors arrive several months later. PEOPLE confirmed that Johnson and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin ended their relationship in June 2025.
The former couple had an on-again, off-again romance that began in 2017 and lasted eight years.
In November, a source said PEOPLE that Johnson was moving forward positively and shared that he “has been slowly dating again and is happy.”
The source also explained, “Her relationship with Chris was often hot and cold, and while she always hoped they would work out, she seems lighter and more at peace now that it’s final.”
Role Model, whose profile has continued to rise since the release of her second album. Kansas no longer in July 2024, he was previously linked to internet creator Emma Chamberlain from 2020 to 2023.
Chamberlain gained attention last November after dancing to one of her songs in a video with podcaster Owen Thiele, briefly reigniting conversations about her past relationship.
